Service Policy

To provide the highest quality cleaning services while maintaining a safe and efficient working environment, we require that all clients adhere to the following policies:

Home Preparation

  • All dishes must be washed, dried, and put away prior to the scheduled cleaning.

  • Toys, clothing, and personal belongings must be properly stored to allow our staff full access to the areas being serviced.

Equipment and Supplies

  • Our team provides all necessary cleaning equipment and professional-grade supplies. Clients are not required to supply any materials unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Pets

  • For the safety of both pets and staff, all animals must be secured in a safe space during cleaning services.

Liability

  • Please be advised that some cleaning products may contain chemicals that could be hazardous if ingested or improperly handled. The company assumes no responsibility for any incidents, damages, or exposures resulting from the presence of these products.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Clients must provide at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling of appointments.

  • Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

  • Repeated cancellations or rescheduling may result in suspension of services.

By booking services with us, clients acknowledge and agree to comply with these policies. These guidelines are in place to ensure the safety of all parties and the efficiency of our work.
